I overcame Insomnia! I tried everything to help me sleep but couldn’t and it was affecting every area of my life. I wasn’t able to focus, can’t eat well, I went through this for almost a year. Nothing seemed to work for long. I gave meditation a try through this course and first it was uncomfortable(I hated every second of it) then I tried meditating for 30 minutes before sleeping & it was gradual but after almost one and a half month of this practice I was able to sleep without any pills! I have always thought of meditation as something stupid. I gave this course a one star because I have known Jaimin for almost 8 years & he never forced me to meditate he should have lol.

I tried this meditation and it worked for me.
I was looking for the reason for my anxiety and how to ease it because I had a stressful week. This guided meditation worked really quickly and effectively on me, it helps you focus on every significant part of your body one at a time so that you know exactly where your problem is located and so helps you ease and feel fully relaxed. I found it very easy to follow word by word and i did get emotional and cried, by the end of the session I was fully relaxed and in a happy mood. I definitely recommend this.
